Meet our Team
Vanessa MacNeill, the Broker of Square 1 Realty LTD., brings extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Raised in the greater Edmonton area, her local expertise offers valuable insights to her clients. Outside work, Vanessa enjoys the outdoors with her family and actively gives back to the community.
Soudabeh joined Square 1 Realty LTD., with a strong background in law and immigration. Fluent in English, Persian (Farsi), Turkish, and Azeri, she also serves as a translator for Alberta Provincial Courts. Since moving to Canada in 2014, Soudabeh has called Edmonton home and is excited to grow her residential and commercial real estate career.
